Following courses are offered in Ayuryoga Gurukulam.

  • Ayuryoga Rejuvenation Therapy

Course start with learning of basic principles of ayurveda and yoga.  Theoretical as well as practical knowledge in ayurveda therapy will be dealt in detail. Asana, pranayama, mudra, shadkriya will be taught. Curative aspects and application of yoga and ayurveda to cure ailments will be detailed. A unique blend of yoga and ayurveda will be taught in a systematic way for the treatment of Diabetes, Hypertension, Asthma, Depression, Arthritis, Anxiety, Menstural Disorders, Gastric Diseases, Migraine and Sleep Disorders. Ayurveda dinacharya, ayurveda food preparation, beauty therapy are also included in the curriculum. Following completion of the course students will be able to diagnose and treat the imbalance in Tri-doshas and Tri-gunas as well as the said ailments by offering the combined remedial benefits of yoga and ayurveda. After successful completion and certification, participants will be equipped to offer some of the simple Yoga practices and Ayurveda therapies to their communities. “Ayuryoga Rejuvenation Therapy” is a 30 day program with 300 hours training.

Basic principles of Ayurveda will be taught.  This will enable the candidate to   perform various ayurvedic therapies. Following completion of the course the candidates will be also able to perform Body constitution analysis based on Tri dosha levels. Course duration is 20 days and 200 hours.

  • Panchakarma Course

Basic principles of Ayurveda will be taught.  This will enable the candidate to   perform various ayurvedic therapies. Following completion of the course the candidates will be also able to perform Body constitution analysis based on Tri dosha levels. Course duration is 20 days and 200 hours.

  • Ayurvedic cookery course:

Ayurvedic food preparations will be taught based on Tri doshas. These preparations are simple yet will help to find a balance between Tri doshas and Tri gunas which results in healthy body and mind. Various herbal juice preparations will be taught that will enable the participants to treat various diseases including chronic ailments. Course duration is 7 days and 70 hours.

  • Beauty therapy course:

Herbal formulation and preparations will be taught in detail. There are various herbal preparations which can be employed in a traditional Ayurvedic way to enhance beauty of skin and hair. This can cure ailments, rejuvenate aging and wrinkled skin and bring back a healthy youth look.   Extensive panchakarma procedures can bring back health even to those people who are obese, edematous etc. Combined approach of ayurvedic herbal treatments and panchakarma therapy can result in a naturally glowing beauty. Necessary preparations and procedures to enhance the beauty of body, skin and hair will be dealt. Curative measures for ailments of skin also will be taught. Course duration is 7 days and 70 hours.

Weekly off will on Saturdays. Study tours and trips will be conducted on these days. This will be a unique opportunity to visit places like botanical Gardens, museums and certain spiritually vibrant places in Kerala. These tours are optional and expense will be in addition to course fee.

  • Understanding of Basic English language is required as it is the medium of instruction.

Which is the nearest Airport and how to arrive?

The nearest international airport is in Kochi. Other International airports nearby are in Trivandrum and Kozhikode. One can travel by bus, train or taxi to the location. Course venue is located 21kms from Cochin International Airport.

Do I need an Indian Visa?
