1 โ Piece long pepper
4 tsp coriander seeds
Palm jiggery to taste

Method

Bring 4 cups of water to boil. Add the ginger, pepper, long pepper and coriander seeds; lower heat and simmer for 5 โ 6 minutes. Remove from heat and strain.
Add the palm jiggery and stir until it dissolves. Serve hot.
